• Contact information you provide: name, parent/guardian name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, postal address.
• Information about your child: name, date of birth, age, gender, programme of interest, medical or sensory considerations you choose to share.
• Payment information: handled directly by Razorpay. We never store your card or UPI details on our servers.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited (anonymous analytics).
• Photographs and video: only with your written consent on file.

• To respond to your enquiry, schedule a trial class, or process a booking.
• To deliver classes, gradings, and shop orders you have purchased.
• To communicate schedule changes, grading updates, and important academy news.
• To improve the website and the service we offer (anonymous analytics only).
• To comply with legal obligations — for example, retaining payment records for tax purposes.

We treat children’s data with extra care. We only collect information about children through their parent or legal guardian, and only what is necessary to run the class safely. We never publish a child’s photograph, name, or video without explicit written consent on file. Withdrawal of consent is honoured immediately and without question.

• Razorpay — for payment processing only.
• Shipping partners — only the address required to deliver shop orders.
• Statutory authorities — only when required by law.
• We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing networks.

• Lead and enquiry data: up to 24 months from your last interaction.
• Student records: 7 years from the last class attended.
• Shop order records: 8 years (statutory tax requirement).
• Photographs and video: until you withdraw consent.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you and your child. Write to hello@rejautsu.example and we will respond within 30 days.

We use a minimal set of cookies needed for the site to function. We may use anonymous analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
